- Are they a mix of male or female or are you dealing with just one gender?
- Will you incorporate competition in to the event for a little extra spice or will you keep everything low-key, this may depend on the age groups as above?
- Have they already all participated in team building events? If so make sure that you are not just repeating the previous theme with your event.
